In Google Meet
To switch camera in Google Meet, open the app and join a meeting
Tap on the three-dot icon at the top corner and select "switch camera"
In Zoom
How to Hide Your Video
If you are eating, moving around or need a bathroom break, consider these options:
Unmute My Audio
Turn Off when not speaking
Stop Video
Toggles to just your name or Avatar.
Unpin Video
Toggles from the primary video you wish to see. Normally activates whoever is speaking.
Rename
Gives you the power to change your name
Hide “Self View”
If you are simply tired or distracted by seeing yourself, you can hide your own image but still allow others to still see you.
IN ZOOM you can also Right-click your video to display the menu, then choose Hide Myself. You no longer see the video of yourself
